Other People's Property

Frequently, I have agents looking for a house and I am unable to accommodate them due to everything being occupied.  When this happens, I am willing to share my list of people looking for housing with those needing renters.  Email me if you have a decent place to rent.  If your place is a trailer, do not bother.  You (trailer-renters) are why I got into this business to start with.  The government pays good money for these rentals, so we only send agents to decent houses.

I will assist you with locating a renter FOR A SMALL FEE.  I will do this only when all of my properties are rented.  I am sure you will agree that I would be nuts to do otherwise.

The fee that I charge is one tenth of one month's rent (for the first month per renter)  Right now, that fee is $210.  The good thing is, no renter, no pay.  There are some web sites that charge you a fee EVERY month.  I don't do that.  Do you have to sign a contract?  Nope.  I do this on an internet handshake basis.  I know you will not find a better deal nor a better source for renters.

ADVICE SETTING UP A FLETC RENTAL

Sometimes people come looking for advice on how to set up FLETC homes.  You need to understand that when you  place a house on the market, you become my direct competitor.  Thus, I do charge a fee for advice, for which you get straight answers.  That fee is $100 for one hour of talk or a portion thereof.  You must pay in advance via PayPal.
